Preparation / instructions

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • salt
  • Paper

Instructions:

Egg Curry

Preparation/Method

Ingredients:

Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

Onion chopped 1 large Ginger garlic crushed 1 tbs

Tomato pureed 2 medium Green chilli chopped 1 tbs

Coriander powder 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 tsp

Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp

Water ¼ cup

Fresh coriander chopped 2-3 tbs

Eggs Hard boiled cut in slices 8-9

Green chillies sliced

Fresh coriander chopped

Method:

In a wok add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.

Add ginger garlic and mix well until light golden.

Add pureed tomato and mix well.

Add green chilli and mix well.

Coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add water, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates.

Add fresh coriander and mix well.

Add boiled eggs and mix gently.

Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and serve.
